Before we get you booked in for your next piece of Llama-level excellence, there’s just a bit of housekeeping to keep everything running smoothly. Deposits help us secure your spot, prep your artwork, and make sure we’re ready to bring your ideas to life. It’s all about keeping things fair, clear, and stress-free for both you and your artist.
Think of deposits and refund policies as the unglamorous but totally essential side of getting tattooed, like the llama that quietly carries all your bags on the hike. Not flashy, but absolutely doing the heavy lifting.

Deposit policy
Tattooed Llama uses a structured deposit system to confirm appointments and keep our schedule running smoothly.

£60.00–£150.00 deposits are required for full-day appointments.

For appointments under one hour, we secure the booking with a minimum charge of £20.00.

For appointments over one hour, deposits are 20%–30% of the full amount.

All deposits go toward the cost of your appointment and are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show.

Convention deposits are the upfront price of your tattoo and are required to secure your session at the event.
This deposit structure helps us prepare thoroughly for every tattoo and keep our booking calendar running smoothly. It also reduces spur-of-the-moment bookings, ensuring our time is reserved for clients who are ready and excited for their session.
Refund policy

In the case of a no-show, the full deposit will be forfeited. This covers the preparation time and any appointment time lost. If the customer provides four working days’ notice, they may be eligible to reschedule their appointment without losing their deposit.

If, for any reason, your appointed artist (apprentice, secondary artist, or guest artist) becomes unexpectedly unavailable, your deposit can be refunded in the form of a voucher to be used at a later date - the voucher will be valid for two months from the original appointment date. Alternatively, we can arrange an appointment with another one of our artists.

Whenever possible, please notify us of any appointment changes verbally and then follow up in writing at the next available opportunity for our records.
